Seriously, inseedious, being "taken seriously" isnt a priority for me.
Anyway, I agree my posts have been profuse. But let me inform you that all my noise, has in fact helped a few players who also had FPS issues. So even if my noise helped one person, I regard it as worth it.
Also, your purist view of the purpose of forums is your view to maintain, but allow me to state an important truth to you, however cliche it may be:
With freedom there must be toleranceSo, a public forum is a free zone, excluding offensive language etc. To enjoy that freedom you must tolerate some noise, absurd opinions, obnoxious personalities, etc. Basic principle of any "free" society. And inseedious, here's a suggestion: If you don't like my posts so much...um...don't read them.
In your favor, I can understand why you view me as you do. I have indulged my wandering mind a bit. But...let me ask....do you like film? I do. I like Werner Herzog films alot. In one of his films, the last scene is a chicken dancing around in a glass case....dancing to really silly music. IN art terms, it was "absurdist". I love that scene. My character in itst Universe is a real aberation from my true character. Its an indulgence. Its absurd. Its a silly dance.
If i might fire back a bit of criticism your way inseedious. You tell me nobody will take me seriously. But, funnily, its you, YOU, who take me way too seriously. When you stop doing that, we can be friends.
And by the way, my FPS issues were very real and I had a very hard time getting it right, finding out how to get on a level playing field with the community. You say FPS isn't a big deal. Respectfully, inseedious, you speak about that which you do not know. In some matches, it made a HUGE difference. Please broaden your mind. Just because you don't experience it, doesn't mean it isn't real. Think about it. Do you really know what is happening with my PC? Of course you don't. Please don't pretend you do.
I was sincerely frustrated, and any excessive "spamming" was just passion. PASSION. Passion for the game, for the competition. Appreciate that at least. Do you watch sports? Don't you hate the futbol, football, basketball, soccer, and, oh yeah, tennis players that seem to play without passion? Don't you appreciate the ones who care...even perhaps, way too much? If it helps you process my personality, view me as the tour's McEnroe. But, just less skilled.
Having said all of the above, I will make a concerted effort to curtail my posts if it means you'll return to tour inseedious.
Gnite gentlemen.
