Sounds like you're playing it a bit rushed to me. You can't really enjoy it personally. Girlfriend is hungry, friends are drunk and can't really offer you any competition.

Man if I had the Game today you would have already seen the greates Battles with Guys like Pete Sampras and Davydenko (Guys we didn't see really in Action yet) recorded with my Hauppauge HD PVR and some other Things. But it is like it is.

With a lil bit of luck I'll get it on Monday. :)

to be honest we at ITST are rarely gonna time a shot badly, so the low UE count is good. If we were hitting UE's everywhere, casual players would not have a chance in hell.

Very grateful for the previous look though Tenjin. I'm very looking forward to the shanghai court... to aim for the ball, not its shadow, could be fun!

Yeah but do me a Favour and buy a real commercial Copy of the Game.
It's much cooler to have a real commercial Version of the Game than a pirated Copy anyway.
We have to support Games like Top Spin so good we can with a few Dollars or Euros to keep the Series alive and if you wanna play those Games in the Feature.
Tennisgames belong to a fringe Group anway and are not the big Blockbusters like a Halo or some of the big Ones.

But it's cool to see that you like the Game.

I think I speak for most of our community when I say that "pirates" are not welcomed here.

I fully agree with all the points Sinna mentioned.
On the one hand I am glad to hear that the game seems to be much fun, but on the other hand I am quite sure that no one living in Europe is able to get the game legally yet. In my opinion this might just be possible for people living in the US as the game will be released there on Tuesday and local stores and online warehouses should have gotten the game today.
But I assume that in Europe even the shops do not have the game yet, because the game will be released on Friday here.
I do not want anyone to get me wrong. This is not an accusation towards anyone who is already in possession of the game. I just want to make clear that I would not be happy if anyone hyped the game on this forum illegally.

Nevertheless I appreciate every information about the final version of the game, especially from those who have paid for it. ;)

Greetings,
StrategyGuide94

P.S. : I apologize for all the grammar/vocab/spelling mistakes I might have made, but it is 1:08 am here ;P My English teacher will kill me xD

See you on tour!

Way too much attention is being paid to Unforced Errors!!

More important: Forced Errors.

With regard to the all-important fun-factor (the only element that truly matters) forced errors are far more important that unforced errors, and in TS4, I think 2K hit the nail on the head.

Ever watch a tennis match with lots of unforced errors? Boring.

We're not seeing many forced errors in the demo cause the demo is too easy. Wait until a real (good) opponent starts wrong footing you, or has you scrambling from side to side - yeah, then balls will be dropping wide and sailing long.

I completely understand why hardcore Sim gamers want unforced errors, but you have to be realistic - 2K has to appeal to the largest number of people possible. The casual gamer will lose interest if too many balls fall outside the lines. Just a fact, but no denying. These games have to make money.

All told, 2K might have struck a perfect balance - a game that will appeal to both camps - and more importantly, a game that is fun.

I don't really agree but you knew that by now hehehe.

For me matches with players like Serena or even Federer. They might start of with many unforced in the beginning. Cause they try to be agressive and get broken straight away etc.
And then find their range and turn the match around .
That part of the game of tennis will be missing.
So you will only start to hit real errors towards the end of a hard set or something.
Only forced errors will be very VT . And also why I always preferred TS over VT.
We will see though. When people get good more unforced will happen maybe.

Agreed. And I mean even if you are a 'pirate' at least make up some excuse or something to cover up, thanks.

I agree completely. I want a tennis sim just like everyone else, but 2k is a business, and they need to make money. Casuals will not like it if they are making errors all the time. They've struck a good balance. A fun tennis experience that can be enjoyed by all. That's why VT sells so well, even though it's arcady, because the casuals can easily pick it up and play. TS4 is a mix between arcade and sim, so everyone is happy.

Haha!

No just kidding, see it as a Chance to get used to the Analogstick for Tennisgames in this Generation.

So when Top Spin 5 comes out you will never ask for the D-Pad again.

Don't cry take it like iit is and make the best of it. :)

Take it like it is. :x

If it is, how the op said it is, then what it is ; is lame. Why would the developers take away the dpad option?

Hopefully its just like that for you Xboxers. Maybe the PS3 version will have dpad compatibility, we do have the "move" option while you all lack kinect playable option!!!
