PS3 of course, we have 5 now, some1 is gettin an exciting QF match up with Tidus :lol:

My xbox gave me 3 red lights 2day so im giving up as it is my 5th one ive tried.... Buying th PS3 2morrow, any1 know any decent games for it?

Hey aren't all those games all on the 360 too Squil? The 360 has many more good titles. Also I've heard that the online system for ps3's is pants compared to xbox live. The only reason i'd get one would be for the blue ray player and so for me its not worth it. Sure Tekken would be nice but life without Halo? I couldn't do that. Its 360 all the way.

Xbox Live, alone, makes the 360 better than a PS3, in my opinion. Without Xbox Live, I'm sure I (and my two dead 360's) would be singing a different tune.

Yes I think Xbox Live is very powerful. I have to say I have never had a problem with my Xbox, and neither has my bro - fingers crossed we never will! Have had them since the 360 was released too, when was that? Must be a couple of years anyway!

PS3 looks good and is undoubtedly very powerful, but with a massive price tag and a less than perfect online system it really loses a lot of points. I am happy to pay £40 per year for Xbox Live so long as it works, and works well.

maybe you should try taking more care of your 360 tidus... im still on number 1 and i've had it since jan of 2006. ps2's sucked cause they would freeze every 2 seconds and im sure ps3 will do the same. xbox is just far superior in every aspect besides it has more room for storage and the blue-gay feature which as i posted before doesn't do much... plus most movies are made in normal dvd's as well.

It's all about XBox Live for me as well. I know people who said they would never pay for online gaming; then they saw how well done XBox Live is.

People, I bought a PS3 6 months ago, played several games online and never had any problem.
The PS3 online runs smootlhy and can´t see the difference with xbox live.
I wonder if some of you have played PS3 online ?
Cos you are talking like PS3 online sucks and that´s not true.
The only game that sucks online is PES 2008 but playing transatlantic matches, otherwise it works perfectly against guys from my region like Argentina, Brasil, Chile,Mexico, etc.

the ps3 does have a better online than it used to with ps2... but xbox live is everything ps3's online gaming is and more.

Hey Squi,

What kind of features does PS3 online have? Does it have messaging and friends lists? For instance, if you were playing ITST, would you be able to see when your opponent was online?

I heard that the Wii has no way of deciding who your opponent is, it just matches you up automatically. That would make a tour pretty much impossible.

hey Rob...
Of course you have a friendlist and you can see if they are online.
and you can invite them to play in your room same like you do playing on xbox live.
I think the interface is better on xbox live, but the GAMEPLAY online is not different at all.
It has too PS3 store for buying arcade games,maps for role games,etc... and another section called DEMOS where you can download the latest realeses.
Smooth connection as well and fast downloads.

Add me in... I reached #1 on the Ts2 online ranking board before I quit playing, I just never played TS2 on ITST. But count me in, I want to beat you all :-P

I was thinking about getting it for 360, but since Rafa is my all time favorite and I see there will be enough people to play on the 360 tour, I will def. get the PS3 now... Can't wait!
