ITST TE Tour Calendar Information in 2013 season

Ok I don't quite get this. What do you mean by "2nd tournament"? I'm new so I'm not ranked yet. But are you saying that I can participate in future and challenger event at the same time. Okay here it is: this week it's too late but the next week I've challenger tournament that starts at 4th of March. If what you're saying is true then I can also enter one of the future events that starts at 5th of March. or even 2? (probably not).

It's just I still don't get how many tournaments you can play at lower levels. Does every 40+ player play 2 tournaments all the time?

Third week of July Pro tournaments have already been started to give one additional weekend for scheduling matches:

ITST 500: bet-at-home Open

ITST 250: Claro Open Colombia

For Claro Open Colombia there is no court in the ITST Mod because that tournament is new. You can pick any of these Decoturf courts to play your matches there: Atlanta, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Toronto, Cincinnati, US Open, Beijing, Shanghai, Dubai, Delray Beach, Indian Wells (see also HERE).

The Future Tournament BELGIUM F5 40+ is still open for Sign Up until Tuesday.

4th week of July tournaments:

In that week there will be two ITST 250 tournaments, one Challenger and one Future. A good week to try different characters for the hardcourt series but as well to stick to the clay courts if preferred. To mark the switch to hardcourt series, Atlanta features a Draw size of 32.

Details on October Schedule of ITST TE 2013 Tour

All Tournaments for October are now open for Sign Up and there have been some little changes to give a bit a more value to Challenger and Futures Tour as well as the option to avoid Top 16 or Top 32 in some weeks. As usual, players ranked 40 or below can always add a Futures tournament to their schedule in a particular week.

Week starting on October 7th

ITST 1000

Shanghai (Shanghai Rolex Masters)

The best players will compete here at the last Masters 1000 played on Bluegreen/Decoturf, marking the switch from Outdoor Hardcourts to Indoor Hardcourts. Everyone can join this tournament.


Challenger

TASHKENT Uzbekistan 33+

This Challenger Tournament starts on the same date as Shanghai and only players outside Top 32 (i.e. rank 33+) can join this Challenger. This tournament is for those who prefer building confidence against players closer to their level.

Future

FRANCE F19 40+

This Future Tournament starts on October 8th and is for rank 40+, so anyone with such rank can add this tournament to his schedule in this week as an additional match practice.

Week starting on October 14th

ITST 250

Moscow (Kremlin Cup)

If a top player decides to play this week, he will show up in Moscow on October 14th. And surely there are enough interested in the first Indoor Hard Tournament on the Pro Tour in a long time!

Future

NIGERIA F1 40+

This Future Tournament starts on October 15th and is for rank 40+, so anyone with such rank can add this tournament to his schedule in this week as an additional match practice. It is also the first tournament being held in Nigeria!

Week starting on October 21st

ITST 500

Basel (Swiss Indoors Open)

The last ITST 500 of the season is played in Basel, where many of the best players are expected to show up. It will be a good preparation for the last Masters 1000 (and the only Indoor Hardcourt Masters).

KAZAN Russia 25+

This Challenger Tournament starts on the same date as Basel and only players outside Top 24 (i.e. rank 25+) can join this Challenger. This tournament is for those who prefer building confidence against players closer to their level.

Future

FRANCE F21 40+

This Future Tournament starts on October 22nd and is for rank 40+, so anyone with such rank can add this tournament to his schedule in this week as an additional match practice.

Week starting on October 28th

ITST 1000

Paris (BNP Paribas Masters)

The best players will compete here at the last Masters 1000 of the season, the only Indoor Hardcourt Masters 1000. The only problem is that it is being held in France!

CHARLOTTESVILLE USA 33+

This Challenger Tournament starts on the same date as Paris and only players outside Top 32 (i.e. rank 33+) can join this Challenger. This tournament is for those who prefer building confidence against players closer to their level or for those who do not like to play in France.

GREAT BRITAIN F23 40+

This Future Tournament starts on October 29th and is for rank 40+, so anyone with such rank can add this tournament to his schedule in this week as an additional match practice.

Details on November/December Schedule of ITST TE 2013 Tour

The 2013 season is closing in to the end and well-deserved off-season is coming up. Let us take a look at what is left.

Week starting on November 18th

ITST World Tour Finals

ITST World Tour Finals

The Top 8 of the season finish their season at this prestigious tournament in London.

Challenger

TYUMEN Russia 25+

This Challenger Tournament (most likely the last one of the season) starts on November 18th and will be a good chance for players ranked 25 or lower to play a bit more on Indoor Hard and grab some points.

Future

CZECH REPUBLIC F6 40+

This Futures Tournament starts on November 19th and is for rank 40+, so anyone with such rank can add this tournament to his schedule in this week as an additional match practice.

Week starting on November 25th

ITST 250

ITST Open

The ITST Open is a year-end event for tour members not competing, or qualified to compete in the Barclay's ATP World Tour Finals. This will end the season for players from rank 9 to rank 24.

As the ITST Open is an official 250 tournament on the ITST circuit, any points earned will count toward your ranking.

THAILAND F4 40+

This Future Tournament starts on November 26th and is for rank 40+, so anyone with such rank can add this tournament to his schedule in this week as an additional match practice. It will be held on Bluegreen cement/Decoturf, to prepare a bit for the higher bounce of Plexicushion at the start of the 2014 season.
