Ranking updated. Two more matches added.
30. Gstaad Quarter-Final: Felipe.M(3) (Dimitrov) vs Sorauze (Djokovic) - 2 of 3 - Clay
The world #17 will face Sorauze who is one of the players with the greatest current form on the clay tournament at Gstaad. Felipe started really cool this year winning one challenger and a 250 tournament. Playing a couple of semi-finals and finals in big tournaments + a semi-final on Australian Open, which he lost by a walkover. For sure Felipe has the potential to be a great player, but he have to be more constant. He lost so far a couple of important matches by a walkover and he is not playing on tournaments often. Sorauze on the other side is on the other side is in a great form. He has 8 futures titles on his showcase. At Wimbledon and Roland Garros he lost really hard at R32 in 4 sets from Florian and tbdchess who are great players. One week ago he did his biggest succeed after he defeated G.Dimitrov at the final of Skistar and won his first 250 title. Felipe made a lot of his success by using Djokovic so for sure he knows how to play vs him, but on the other hand Sorauze is really used to Djokovic. It is going to be a super clash if both players are in form.
Felipe.M in 3
31. Gstaad Semi-Final: isaldor (Federer) vs Ugadalou(2) (Gasquet) - 2 of 3 - Clay
The only thing that I can say for this clash is that the world #14 and the king of the futures tournaments met already 2 times. The first time was before 3 months in the first steps of isaldor in ITST on clay. Ugadalou won it 6/3 6/3. The match was with the same characters like now Federer-Gasquet. But in the second match played one month ago isaldor took his revenge at the fast grass 6/4 7/5. Isaldor played with Wawrinka and Ugadalou with Dimitrov. So I really can't say who is the favorite. Maybe Ugadalou because he is an old dog in the game.
I will bet against the favorite and will say isaldor in 3+1 tiebreak.
