PED in Tennis?

Postby Saarbrigga » Sat, 09 Feb 2013 15:53

Do you think some, many or all Tennis players may use performance enhancing drugs?

The debat is very hugh these days because of the spanish doc Fuentes.

Christophe Rochus stated something like he guesses Söderling and Nadal may use PED s because of their long abstinences.

And WADA chief Dick Pound said something like: "It was great to watch John vs Björn back in the day. But compared to the guys today, the looked like small fishes. Even the well trained Lendl was not close to the physical abilities of the top players today. It looks strange some times..."

To me they exist. Or better, they are used in professional tennis.
But, and is a huge "but", this has nothing to do with ages comparison.

Today tennis has become more physical nevertheless from doping.
In tennis like in other spors.
