Well, i have to say i didnt read the final conversation till now. And i agree with Sh0 in some parts. The best thing u can do is retire because the opponent can't do nothing (apparently) and if he wants to play in such conditions then nothing to do. You will never know if he provoques that lag or not.
But it's not true that "when there's lag, there's lag for both". The lag gives advantatge to the player that prompt lag, that's unreplicable and everyone who plays usually online gaming knows that. You can found many videos about it on youtube.
Saying that, i think Ali's lag is because of the country he's from (because is consistent lag), it's not his fault. And i dont think this is the worst lag ever.
I used to have a lot of lag with wifi, but now i have a PLC and no problem.
