To play with Sam patch, just re-install the previous version of the game if you have it.

To get the game to work with sams patch delete the .pak and the build.txt files from sams patch and then install the new update.

Did anyone else install the new update, and the game now doesn't work with Sam's patch? I've spent 30 mins trying to get it to work....no luck.

hi my secondo pc returns from assistance and i install tennis elbow with key and copy sam patch but when i open the game , it don't have sam patch. Sure i download today the game with last updates that you say. Now how can i install sam patch in this new version?

I dunno mate, that's the problem we're all having.

I solved it. I had the file of tennis elbow in an external hd that i download on 7 february and i take this and i put key and sam patch and it works. When i try to download today from managames it doesn't works due to updates. I bypass with the old installation file

Maybe I overlook something: Is there a way to play "Exhibition Matches" with all the players you meet in career mode? I've started playing the career on Junior 5 as Tommy Haas, but I'd like to see how it is to play with the fully developed characters.

The game itself, so much fun. It's simple things that make it so interesting: For example that I have to move when hitting a return (no help from the game), ITST should enforce that on the ITST tour the game is played with Elite controls, slow auto-positioning and no previews -- that's one of the best virtual tennis experiences you can get!

Another question: Does Sam's Patch add anything else besides courts, faces and outfits etc., i.e. anything else besides presentation?

1) To play against players of the carreer mode, you have to save them in the career mode, and then "upload" them on the exhibition mode.

2) Sam's patch change stats of the players too I think

Ah, ok, there is an option "Save player" and then I can use the player (and modify his stats) in "Training Club". Merci beaucoup!

I seem to have it working again after following manutoo's advice.

Go to the Menu subfolder and delete the Built.txt (or Buildmac.txt or both).
BUT I'm not 100% sure I'm on the latest version... 80% sure. :-p

Hm I think that happened to me once, also.

Try turning courts to 2D and restarting the game.

Just played a few online ITST patched matches with eliomelma!

It went pretty well. A few desync's at the start, and in the first match maybe 3/4 points with lag, but the 2nd match was perfect.

The hard court matches were extremely dominated by serve...

Here is a video of a few points. Unfortunately the video is VERY jumpy / laggy looking. Apologies for that. However, the match itself was perfect!

Hopefully some more people can get the patch working correctly and we can start the tour.
