Your best ITST match?

Postby Tamthewasp » Wed, 07 Dec 2011 22:46

I've had some great matches on ITST but I woyld have too say ALI was 1 of the best i'ce had. It was'nt long after I joined and it was just a pure battle for points ended up as a 3 setter wich I think ali won 6-4 in the final set. Just a pure epic match

Man great topic! My favorite and best matches so far came in TS3 so I'll share that first. Pretty much any matches with Norberto and Baghdad were always REALLY great and REALLY intense. Probably my most memorable victory from a scoreline perspective would be my US Open win over Amazing Zizou.

7-5, 7-6, 6-7, 6-7, 6-3... yeah it was a war.

As far as so far in TS4 I had a really tough MS win over Norberto that was 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 and was one of my bigger wins of the year. Also I had a loss against Khult in my first SIM tournament where I was facing match point and almost came back to the win the set. That was a really tough fight as well. Looking forward to some more great ones!
Norberto H or bust.

my favorite match hands down was my first grand slam match on ITST which was this years mens Wimbledon. I played St TomaCro in the 1st round and i won 6-4 4-6 7-5 4-6 7-6.

I was literally shaking, like physically shaking during that match because it was so incredibly close. I even had match points in the 5th set before the tie breaker. And the tie breaker itself went to like 13-11 lol. It was epic! And after that St TomaCro actually never played another ITST match lol.

My best was also against tamthewasp.. An epic 3setter with battle on each point ..tamthewasp was almost about to win with a early break in 3rd set but I managed somehow to come back and win.. I would have said my match against zooloo was best if it wasn't laggy.. It went down to 3sets 4-6 7-6 7-6.. I saved two match points and managed to win in the end.. That was my biggest win in Itst ever.. My matches against poumadoro, esorcista, belim-3d were similar to the match against tamthewasp

Best Match was against Sh0case in the 3rd? roud of the shangai tourney, the 1st set especially, after a LOT of tension escaped with it 7-6, but then Sh0case turned god mode on...

I haven't been here for a long time, but i played an epic match against swifty512 one month ago, at Helsinki final. Was on the xbox tour. I had seen his PS3 stats and rank before playing the match, and i was expecting to suffer a lot.

I actually lead 4-0 in first set, and he didn't score a single point in those 4 games. At the moment, i was like "WTF??". Then he woke up terribly, and i remember asking myself if i would be able to win that crazy first set... Which i did ( 6-3 ) after sweating like a schoolboy talking in front of his class.

The second set confirmed my fears, and he won it 6-3 whereas my % of perfect shots was the best i can do. In the 3rd set, i was so sure to lose that i played it without any stress, and luck was on my side too, especially in the important points. 7-5 for me in the 3rd set.

I think he will win the next one.

2005 TS1 Davis Cup match versus Portugal. Had to defend my countries honor and failed. But nonetheless it was a great match: 6-4, 4-6, 7-5, 4-6, 7-6. Great level, great points and the final tiebreak went on forever.

I was full of adrenaline during and after the match. From a friggin game.
