i lost my top spin 4 profile

guys , i lost my top spin 4 profile , i don't know why , i was playing a match and my screen frozen , then i turned off my ps3 and turned it on , then i pressed the start button and the game said that there are new update , then there were three options / PLAY TOP SPIN 4 - GO TO PRACTICE GROUND - and i didnt notice the last one , when i pressed the player screen option in the main menu , i didnt find my players that i created , so i lost everything , guys is it a virus or what ????? then i go to the save data utility and there was a corrupted data

Was this in a match? It sounds to me like the game was shut off or changed as it was trying to read your data and thus corrupted the file.

the screen frozen in the middle of the match and i turned off my ps3 then i click on save data utility in the ps3 menu there was a corrupted data and i deleted it

That's weird man. I've had that freeze but never lost any data when it happened thankfully or I'd have flipped. This game does do some screwy stuff though. I like when you exit the game from the World Tour (not a match) and when you come back it says you disconnected from a match and awards you a loss. Brilliant.

yea this world tour loss problem happens to me alot... out of 28 losses about 16 were disconnections... BTW i always keep a copy of my ts4 profile on my laptop
