Problem with TS4 on XBox

Everytime I try to start the game, it freezes on the screen "Discovering downloadable content. Please don't turn off your Xbox 360 console".
I already tried to delete and reinstall the game without success.
Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

when it is a download ,than you must download it again !!(of course for free)
after the download ,install again and play ,
normally than it work .

it's a normal disc version and the disc is clean without any visible scratch

no i meant not the game itself ,meant you download something like TS4 tennisclothes or stuff like that.

when yes ,download it again and than install the game new
