Strange player in WT

I've defeated without problems a player without coach and 30 in all stats... when i saw who he was, i noticed that he's the 79# in women world tour and that he's got a record of 5/1 in this season, with a 0% WON POINTS.
What does it mean? Was he a cheater who leaves all matches and gets a won match? I'm lucky because i didn't get a defeat but it's too strange in a game... any clarification?

As long as WT is a very good place for cheaters to test and use their dirty tactics(exactly like a cold place where bacteria grow) , and non of them are here in ITST which is very strange(i mean if they are that much into tennis, its impossible they dont know and they dont want to play in ITST ) so i think they aint nothing but cheaters.
when there are players like "Dani: with hundres wins and 0 loss, you can be sure that one is a cheater as well...you got lucky this time.
