What do these mean

They are ranking cut offs for tournaments. For example 60+ events are only open to players ranked 60'or lower.

Just one question...

Why is Fabada7 allowed to play the Szesczin Open (Challenger)? I thought, when it says 60+ it is only for players who are ranked 60s or lower?

And Fabada is ranked No. 13? :shock:
