Opponent stoping the match for unkown reason!?

Hello everyone, especially ITST managers
I played against a guy with 98 96 srv and power i guess, he won the first sit with his big serve and big power, the i got the control of the match in the 2nd set and i was 5-2 up.
his stamina was much lower so he coudnt serve very hard or finish points with in very short rallies, suddenly he sent a message that he can't play, but will be back in 20 min!!! i said no, we must finish the game but he still forfeited the match.
Im not saying the guy cheated or something but whatever it is, its unfair cause1- his stamina will help him much better when he comes back and 2- i didnt agree to stop the match so he doesn't have the right to do it, if he does, it should be a walkover for me.
i just hate unfair stuff...whats supposed to happen now?! what should we do? i dont want to play the match again ..it aint fair.
