Got a loss due opponents forfeit

Hi! My gamertag is I Sgt Shiva I And my alias on my male player online is Bulle Beijlund. I played Top Spin 4 on Xbox 360 and this happened about 5 minutes ago.

This season i had 100% winning percentage and that why this thing made me so angry. I was playing semi-finals in the BNP paribas and i was up against "PLAYER02" from USA. I was Player 1 in the match when the judge scored the match. I won first set with 3-0 and had 1-0 in the second set, i was serving. Then a box came up that said "Waiting for opponent" like he forfeited the match. Then it said that the opponent forfeited and the judged said "Game set match Player1". Then when my box came up that should give like 400 season points it stod 0, and then I left the lobby and saw that the glitch made me loose the game.

How could this happen? Im so mad right now it feels like im gonna explode

Can i get in touch with someone, maybe 2k so they can fix it this season or am I screwed to get in the top 6 this season?

Could it be someone who has "djinn" in their gamertag? I was playing world tour as well, grand slam...was 3-0, 2-0 ahead, in the middle of a rally he quit, but I got the loss. Very annoying, some people are very pathetic. How can someone enjoy to win a match like that?

At least you got to play, I was waiting for a match up, and as usual could not get a game, then I lost the match due to disconnection.

first attempt at this season and already out of Aus Open and not even played.

The way it looks is some people are exploiting this glitch? Or its not a glitch at all? Its never happened to me so i dont know. Its really weird though yeah.

Its a glitch not cheating. It happens all the time. I know Ive gotten disconnected before but have gotten wins. Thats why I know its a glitch not people cheating.

i put my top spin on and went to play my final in world tour i got the message my last game was a loss due to disconection i got quite pissed off so i went for a direct match and it found apponent but then i got another loss due to guess again disconection before i evn got to see who i was playing now my win lose ratio is tits up showing 5 wins 14 losses when i only actually played 8 of them this is PS3

my total record in WT is 200/98 and 30-40 of those 98 losses are losing by opponents forfeiting, lobby freezing,people disconnecting and i lost, losing in lobby( there was no one in the lobby and it suddenly gave me this message that i lost connection and im the loser! CRAP! online mode of top spin 4 IS CRAP, never take it seriously, players are 90% cheaters and multi player mode itself sucks very bad...so dont take your records seriously! its gonna make you crazy.
