Will I lose unlocked material if I delete that player?

If I delete my original player (whom I worked up to level 20 in my career)...will I A: not be able to quick create with 50,000XP and/or B: lose my expert mode?

I'm not sure about expert mode, but you can still use the 50,000 exp quick create.

By the way, does anyone know why it's 50,000? You can't use anywhere near that much; seems strange that they actually give you a set amount of XP instead of just saying you can automatically level to 20.

All unlocks remain unlocked, including those you mentioned. So there's no problem deleting your original player!
