The tournament page for the qualifiers says matches will best of five. Really? Matches in this game are long enough already. Also, qualifying matches at the real RG are only best of three.

Really wish we had the numbers for something like this on the PS3 tour..
At least it is looking like we will have a full draw!

OK, qualifying is finally under way!

Here is how it is going to work:

- 82 Main draw entrees are set. (we are no accepting more)
- 46 open spots will filled as follows:

32 - Qualifiers
5 - Wild cards
9 - Lucky looser

Players in qualifying tournament need to play one round only and post the score. Lucky losers will be determined first by "sets won" and then by "games won". Wild cards will be reserved for late signup. (in an event late sign ups wont come on time wild cards will be picked from qualifying field)

If you want to participate in Roland Garros and would like to have a wild card into the main draw - post your name hare asap for consideration.

I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have!

Correct! :P

It would be better if we had enough sign ups to play out 3 rounds, but this is what we have now and I think it is a great step forward. Hopefully for Wimbledon we can make it a two round qualifying!

I'm in the same boat as you and I think the question is, when will the main draw, which includes the Qualified, be released?

You signed up for the main draw when the qualification draw was already released. Your ranking on ITST is not good enough to qualify for the main draw. We will distribute some wild cards for this tournament though and i have put your name down as an option. We would like to use these wildcards to allow some skilled unranked players into the draw that where to late to sign up. So if you know anyone from the community that could back you up that would be well appreciated.

You have been moved to the main draw before the qualification draw was made due to your ranking. You are ranked good enough to be included in the best 80 ranked players that where allowed into the main draw automatically. Sorry, i couldnt message everyone that was moved due to the number of people involved and a lack of time.
