Real left handed players or not?

Postby Tuurbine » Wed, 11 May 2011 16:01

I have noticed playing the world tour onlne that I find myself playing against a lot, and I mean a lot of left handed players.

Statistically around 10% of the world population is left handed, I think it doesnt apply in TS4 because of every ten matches I play 4 or 5 against a left handed.

I have nothing against left handed people, I am left handed myself (only for writing though not for tennis) but I want to understand if all of the players that play left handed in TS4 are real left handed guys/gals or not.

Have any of you noticed the same thing about the great number of left handed players?

Yeah, it's just part of everyone trying to be a Nadal clone, and TI/MD + lefty is pretty tough to beat.

I changed it for you. You have to make sure to click "Add Option" on your last option.

Interesting, you are just like me. I do everything right handed except for eating and writing. Well, I can also play table tennis left handed. I do that when I am playing with a weak player.

Online I mostly do right handed, except I have a left handed female S&V player I am using, just to be different 8)

Thanks for helping me out on that one ;)

I have the same issue like you, I write and eat with my left hand, but everything else with my right hand. Tennis with my right hand, but golf or baseball I swing like a lefty... I dont understand myself lol. Table tennis I can play with both but tennis no way I can play with my left hand.....

i'm a purist, left handed in everything i do. no, wait. i lie. i play guitar&bass right-handed, but mostly out of accessibility. i also play piano right-handed, because i have no choice. i scratch my butt with my right hand sometimes too, but that's because i got short arms.

most people like to play lefty because of the advantage on the ad side, and you can really punish someone with a weak backhand.

Ad me too, psicologically also is much better. Having the other player ALMOST been able to break and not doing it, just ask Roger about 18 break points opportunities lost against Nadal in one match

i thinl uncle tony planned it to disrupt roger's reto disrupt rightys and rogers regin as if rafa played righty fed might beat him 40% of ytime on clay and roger would win 60 to 70% of all meetings on all hard courts
