It's a shame that everybody dropped TS3 like a stone and stopped signing up, I thought the tour would hold out a little longer.

I hear you man! Kind of a shame but I rememeber when I played the demo that I didn't like it very much. I spent so much time trying to get better at TS3 that when they changed everything about TS4 from TS3, I sort of lost my will and interest to learn it again. I'll still play online sometimes though. TS3 was just better. Maybe we will see you for TS5. 8)

To rephrase-

"Everything that I was good at in TS3.... Was eliminated."

I'm not trying to sound mean but I bet if you were good at this game you would not be saying this

that's the thing about TS4, you can't really decide when to take chances during a rally and make the error if your shot is bad. Undorce error is kinda random. Of course it only happen when your timing is off but rarely that will result in an error.

I am not saying shot quality (depends on gamer's timing) in TS4 is random but it feels random in comparison to TS3. TS3 lets you have the freedom to decide when, where and how (with power or precision risk or both) you wanna take chances.

I think my skill level on TS4 and TS3 (average) are the same but I like TS3 a lot more because I think the gameplay has more depth. Of course there are good things about TS4 too but I am just comparing the gameplay. (TS4 lovers, please don't send me hate replies. I like TS4 too just not as much as TS3. It'll grow on me, I promise)

Well at least you all have an excuse as to why you are not as good in TS4. In general I just suck at this game.

In fact I may play some TS3 tournaments this summer so I can feel good about myself. :o

i sucked in ts3 a ts4 but in TS3 i knew why in ts4 sometimes i have the feeling lag is a problem to hit a great shot. in some games i hit every ball perfect a 20 min later i hit only 15% perfect. and some balls were i hit perfect aren't so good like a ball who i hit bad :( . a my player freeze in the corner a starring at the ball but don't move. no i don't like ts4 very much a im tired playing it after one **** week

Whilst I am someone who prefers TS3 to TS4 let's not suddenly start making out TS3 was all about skill and TS4 isn't. It's just a different game which requires different skills and has different flaws, at the end of the day they are both just about how well you press the buttons.
