In terms of graphics , the colours seem a bit washed out on the ps3 version . Nothing huge though !

Yeah I mean that's good how it is. I wish us the best possible graphical Versions for both Consoles. And gameplaywise they will be identical anyway. What's good for 2K with TS4 is good for our Videogametennisfeature. A comercial Success is important.

Here I have Facts. What do you have?

Graphics are the same. Contrast better on 360.

THE WINNER: whatever system you have, cause the difference is minimal, almost to the point of "who cares."

Sorry, but gameplay for TS3 was not the same for both consoles. Pick whichever one u like and I have played both btw But don't say they are the same because they're not! IMO PS3 version is much smoother in terms of movement, feels way more organic than the Xbox jerky movement. I also prefer the graphics overall on PS3 for TS3. However its true that some courts had better rendering on Xbox or weren't available on PS3 at all, like the aquarium court on Xbox or the indoor court we just finished playing for Morgan keegan, the Xbox version does have reflection while the PS3 version doesn't.

I also think that the ts4 demo on the PS3 has similar movement to TS3 on the Xbox: slower and more jerky. I sincerely hope that the full version will flow a little better on the PS3.

I recently played a ps3 tourney and realized the reflections on the court were missing . At the end of day , the differences are minor and i dont really care . Conclusion : x box version better in terms of graphics thats all ...
@ DRII why do you defend the ps3 so much ? Does it really matter ?

Ps : just looked at the various screens , they illustrate my point about the missing reflections ...

Dude, I'm just stating my opinion on which console I would buy if I had to pick one over the other. I think the OP essentially asked the question or the discussion evolved that way. It doesn't really matter which one any person decides to get, everyone has their own prerogative and interest and each console has its advantages and disadvantages. I truly think many Xbox players don't put a high priority on hi definition, because I assume if u did u would get the PS3 for bluray movies. I don't think the Xbox was even HDMI compatible when it first came out. But anyway whatever, everyone will get or seemingly has what they want, its all good...

What TV set up do you have? The PS3 TS3 doesn't look washed out to me at all on my monitor! The Xbox version was grainier IMO. I prefer the PS3 graphics for TS3.

The x box still had Hd way before it had an hdmi port , I had a component cable that supported 1080 p. How can you say that Xb players dont put a high priority on hi def ? thats a bullshit statement !

As for my tv settings... no matter how much i tweak them , the colors still seem washed out ! The differences between both ts3 versions on my tv are the same as the screens posted above .

It's not a perceptual difference ... a blind badger would see the difference .
I think this is just a case of a stubborn fan boy promoting the vertues of a console over another no matter what .

Ey you know what I don't get?

How can this Guy say that the Gameplay of the Top Spin 3 Playstation 3 Version was different compared to the Xbox 360 Version and better?

The two Version were gameplaywise based on the exact same Programcode or not?

This is no front at all and I don't want to battle about the better Console like I sometimes did in my Childhood in any weird german Forums but you can't say the TS3 Gameplay was better on the PS3 if it was exactly the same Gameplay-Programcode.

Or do you really think they developend a special Gameplayprogramcode for the PS3 Version? I don't think so.

Think what u want, however ur mistaken! I am far from a Sony fanboy. I stayed loyal to Nintendo until they came out with the game cube, and went straight to the first Xbox (which I loved, especially halo!) And never owned a ps1 or ps2. I also usually go for products from American companies when there's a reasonable American choice.
Simple fact is for my money the Xbox 360 is inferior to the PS3, case closed! You can spend ur money or what u want... and no matter how many component cables u have u won't be watching any bluray hi def movies on ur Xbox.
And yes, TS3 for PS3 is better than for the Xbox 360 as far as gameplay and graphics IMO, point blank! I don't care what screens from whatever website you cite...

Ok I truly don't care about this little argument, but Xbox players care about games, not watching blu ray movies....I have a friggin Blu-Ray player, don't need a PS3 for that and it's foolish to buy a console for just that reason!

What a **** shit you wrote. If you would be a true high Definition freak you wouldnt watch blu Ray on the PS3 bec you would have a 3D Blu Ray Player. I play on Xbox bec. xbox live is much better then sony online gaming. I have both consoles but i didnt like the PS3 very much bec. every game that comes out looks on Xbox better. so please don't write such a shit.
