Making the demo more difficult(?)

This was posted by CHIREU on the Xbox TS4 Forum - a method he discovered to make the demo a bit more difficult.

Try this:

-On the "Select your position on the Court" Screen Choose the Far court.

-Then choose your player, obviously choose difficulty as hard.

-when the game starts, you'll still be on the near court, but go to game options, Change the Fixed Camera setting to Yes (strange i know)

Now you should be on the far court, for some reason the AI plays very well whenever your, on the far court, i don't know whats going on but if someone can verify this that would be cool. Nadal plays very aggressive when i'm on the far court. He actually comes to the net a couple of times and goes for winners like no mans business

Now after six points (say the game is 4-2 or 3-3) you will get back to the near court but Nadal will still be as aggressive. Now the games are 50-50 i win some and lose some now. Whereas if i leave anything as is i can beat the AI 7-0 it really is strange. Try it out and let us know how that works out.

Not sure if it works, cause I haven't tried it yet -- still having trouble beating the dumb AI.

The ai i swear is bipolar I'l win like 4 matches 7-1 7-2 7-0 7-1. Then out of no where they will play real aggressive and go for shots, noticed with rafa like just full on bs passing shots haha.

Also you could try just hitting to rafas forehand when playing with fed that always results in a battle.

Is it just me, or does making the computer serve first on hard make him play a bit better? He's still okay, but he seems to play better when he serves first than when you serve first.

When I serve first I beat cpu with my eyes closed, but when he serves first, for some reason, he seems to play better. I'll try the camera trick and see.

I've recently taken to just playing the game with my feet. Still winning, on average, 7-3 or 7-4.

I think it made a difference although still won 7-1 with rafa vs rafa, but I swear had longer rallies than usual. EDIT: 7-4 fedvsrafa. Both times I've tested it rafa got ace on first serve outwide.

tried this trick until now...seems really a bit more difficult, but still not enough for a good test...need to play some human to be sure on what is good and what is bad in this game

Played 5 games today, fed rafa. The scores? 7-0, 7-1 0-7 2-7 9-7. On the games I lost I was literally powerless to do anything, hit 7-8 perfect in a row yet the ai shots were too deep and powerful. I also noticed if you hit a perfect serve which is fast but with poor placement the return is much deeper

i remember in offline tennis games i played with one hand, moving with thumb and hitting shot buttons with other fingers, joypad was like a keyboard on my sofa . was fun, cos it was more competitive

When Nadal starts serving he's on fire, almost impossible to beat him on clay. But if you manage to get a nice lead 4-0, he'll tank!

ahaha yep, but actually its quite fun with move although i cant serve with it well

The Fed always misses his first serve then slices outwide on the first point. I think the demo is programmed a certain way to allow newbies to test gameplay and not really focusing on a true challenge for vets. The game however is not going to be as easy.
