Wie müssen die charakter einstellungen sein ist es wie bei top spin 3?? mindestens 40 und maximal 90!!! um bei der tour mit zu spielen!!??! und die SIM einstellung ????

He asked how the Charactersettings in TS4 have to be to be competitive in the ITST and he asked if you have to use a special Setup like in TS3.
I say him that you can use almost every Setup you want in TS4 because of the strong Balance.
Du kannst so ziemlich jede Charaktereinstellung nehmen die du möchtest da TS4 eine starke Balance haben wird.
And he also asekd about the Sim Settings and I tell him we will not have a special Simtour because TS 4 is sim and that the Riskshots are gone.
Es wird keine Sim Tour geben da TS4 auf Simgameplay basiert und es keine Riskshots mehr gibt.

Aber das ist nur am Anfang. Wann wir keine SIM-tour brauchen kommt da auch keine, aber wann es leider wieder kein gute Balance gibt können doch Regeln eingeführt wurden. Hoffentlich brauchen wir aber keine

Its ok guys Im currenty taking German 102 in college. Let me translate this for you all.....This is what I got:
