Tomorrow in two weeks is the official european Release. BTW Who was the nice Guy who decided to bringt the Game 3 days earlier out in the US?
That's idiotic.

Well the US have tuesday releases and more often than now they get games the tuesday before the friday we get ours, just a trend I suppose. I prefer friday release dates though, but I mean of course I want the game early :)

Also, i found it odd when Rog decided to sit down on the court after a point. This has happened a few times to me...

Yeah I saw that too... Roger crouching like he was cramping... awkwarrrrd...

More impressions on the game based on my (much better) play of it today...

- I think the slice is a bit too 'sharp' for realism. Yes, you can get to it, yes it's not hard to counter, but I've barely ever hit a deep, floaty slice that you see in real life, even if i tap at the last minute. It can be fun - one of the best rallies I had today was because Fed hit a sharp deadly defensive slice that turned the rally on its head, but there isn't enough variety and it's just seemed to evil. And thats without murray's 'poisened sliced' or simon's 'slice invasion'

- The depth of the ball is a bit short, but I managed to improve the depth of most of my shots today. It is all about the Top Spin. It seems like the best shot to choose(especially with nadal). It is much easier to hit closer to lines, hit deep and to hit angles compared to the flat shot, which is difficult to hit a shot with anything 'extra' on it, besides returning serves.

- The dynamics of long rallies are very good. I really like this. I tried extending rallies as much as I could, and in the end I had some really, really enjoyable rallies, which had momentum shifts galore.

- Today there were plenty net cords hit in my matches. Some were the hitting the net and going deepish, or just stopped dead. They sometimes work in your favour and sometimes not. I liked it a lot. And it also changed the shape of the rally greatly aswell. I even had Ana double fault with the serve bouncing off the net on match point.
My best example of the net cord in play did not actually effect the outcome of a rally, but could have. I was Ana, playing Rafa, and I brought him to the net with a drop shot to the duece court. I was hovering around NML because Rafa's previous shots were kinda short, and he sliced the ball crosscourt to my fh, and I went to hit up the line, for a clear winner. Only, my shot hit the net, and bounce upwards, giving rafa enough time to cover the ground and hit a backhand volley crosscourt. Luckily, the volley was very poor, short and nto very angled and I anticipated it and finished of the point. What I'm saying is, that netcord could have killed my rally

I also hit a crosscourt backhand/reverse smash today with Ana. It felt good :D

think my dream point so far is this one..

Had like 2% fatigue left playing ivanovic against nadal, nadal got match point

Nadal move around the ball to hit a very angle crosscourt forehand. got me all the way out of the court.
Think all or nothing so going after a drop shot crosscourt. hit it perfect and it go crosscourt and hit the line and really short. He had no chance getting to it even with all that speed he got :D

Rally was 40 shots long :D

Thanks, I was able to hit much closer to the lines when I played earlier :) Think I'm finally figuring out the shots.
Only real problem now is the serve though and I fear without C service motion to hide behind in ts4, I am going to be ripped to shreds and won't even be a top 30 player.
Oh well, bring on the onslaught

How is the stick serving on the demo compared to TS3?

it is almost the same. The difference i noticed in my case was that i had to hold the direction longer to get angles.
