I was hoping that sparring mode can be played with a friend. Seems to be AI only. I like the fact that you can completely develop your player in WT. Even get coaches.

I will definately create two separate players.

yeah thats pretty nice. Now you can also see if players are waiting for each tournament which is a welcome addition (eventhough its done in other games for years).
I don't care much about World Tour, but i still play it when i lose in a ITST tournament and waiting for the next one.
...so i guess it is pretty often

We also implemented some features to allow users to find each other easily. ...we added some visual indicators to see precisely where the other players are. For instance, when you are choosing your next event, icons tell you where there are already players waiting for a match. Thanks to these icons, users trying to play the same event (same tournament, same round) will be gathered more easily. And then, when users are all waiting in the same lobby for their next match, our new matchmaking system will find the best matches for any of them.

YAY!!!!

This is gonna save SO much time when you're looking for a match online!!! TS3 and VT didn't have this feature.

And I didn't notice this feature in any other games Tenjin... what games u talkin about?? And in an online world tour mode? I didn't see this in VT2009 or TS3...

i am not much of an on-line player for other games but i think it is used for fps and other famous sports games... i may be wrong though.

But it is great, as you can do the sparing and not even play career to unlock stuff. Some people (like me) dont want the career at all. I just want online play.

But it is great, as you can do the sparing and not even play career to unlock stuff. Some people (like me) dont want the career at all. I just want online play.

hmmm... and we could unlock all the coaches that way...

That's what I was asking myself after reading this. Are you sure that we can be coached in the online World Tour? Because it didn't stood in the Dev. Diary.

Where do you have this from?

The Videolink in the Dev Diary doesn't work for me. But I have found one in the youtube section of the faceboob-Top Spinpage and guess this is it or?

But there was nothing said about coaches.

ok looked it up and it just said "coaches" in general. Im not sure if we would be able to get all or some. Guess we will have to wait or maybe somebody else has more information?

I think to get all coaches you will need to create AND max out all different styles. That's all. Doesn't have to be through career mode.
