As I rarely play other games nowadays, I'll be getting both. Hopefully the averages will mean I should be competitive on at least one tour.

How can anyone say the XBOX 360 is a better console than the PS3??? Maybe if it had a blu-ray drive, but no dice there...

The PS3 is clearly the better value. But, if u need a blu-ray player, you might as well buy a PS3 and then you have an excuse to have both.

How long did it take for you Xboxers to even get HDMI compatibility?

I will admit one thing, the Xbox360 looks better than the PS3 slim, no doubt about that...

Uhm yeah!!!

How else are you going to get Hi Def?

The PS3 is also 3-D compatible out of the box! Better value!

I got ps3 so can get some sexy hd but I think new elite xboxs now have hdmi, no?

Also some of 3d games i saw in stores (cant afford 3d tv) look so good. Basically for people who want better hardware and technology go ps3 and I suppose xbox 360 elite is there but unsure if that has built in wifi like all ps3.

Anyway it mostly about the games, not big fan of halo and prefer sony exclusives like uncharted and kz. Also less 12 year olds from my experience and seriously grinds my balls to hear them on games online trash talking jsut ruins it. (ps3 has voice changer so you could hear all these young kids putting deep voice setting on for awhile was lol). Also more americans have 360's and %americans who aren't twats online from my experience is low.

There my lil summary lol. If dont have hd tv I'd prob say go with xbox but now the multiplatform games balanced which is good.

I'll get it for the Xbox 360. The Games on the 360 always look slightly better and the 360 has the better Controller. The 360 is the better Console anyway with the better Games, but this Thread is not made for such a Discussion.

xbox 360 of course. As Topspin 4 will be about online , then xbox 360 wins hands down. I like the ps3 and also have one, but 360 is the better option for online by far

LOL!

ok, I definitely agree that the Xbox controller is better designed. However, there are plenty of third party companies that make what are essentially Xbox copy controllers for the PS3.

As far as graphics I think the PS3 wins hands down, particularly with the newer titles. Developers are now embracing the different PS3 technology and its higher potential especially with bluray. The Xbox technology was easier to work with at first because it utilized the ubiquitous DVD rom standard, probably still is, and had better graphics at first but no more and the gap will probably only widen...

Hey can anyone help me out? I'm noticing every single screenshot and released gameplay has been for Xbox, and as I plan on purchasing the ps3 version, I am getting worried. Obviously it will still be a decent game, but I really don't want the quality to drop from the standrard controller of xbox to ps3 just because ps3 also includes motion controller capabilities. I'd rather it didn't have that option at all, if it means affecting the regular controller/gamelplay... thoughts?
