What is the release date?
Answer: 3/15/2011

Will there be 4-console doubles?
Answer: No, the creators of Top Spin still consider this to be impossible without ruining the gameplay because of lag.

Will Wimbledon be in the game?
Answer: Unfortunately Wimbledon will not feature in the game. All the other venues of major tournaments will be there though.


What will the full player roster be like?
Answer:Men: Nadal, Agassi, Federer, Borg, Becker, courier, Rafter, Djokovic, Lendl, Sampras, Roddick, Chang, Murray, Blake, Tomic, Simon, Davydenko, Tomic, Bouchard, Wawrinka
Ladies: Ivanovic, Jankovic, Safina, Serena Williams, Zvonareva

Why is my favorite player not in the game?
Answer: Aquiring a license to use a tennis player in a video game is a process that is unique as there is no central organisation that manages these rights. Thats why players have to be approached individually which is a lengthy and more expensive process. Read about how such a licensing proces works in the source.

I read that Henin will be in the game. Is this true?
Answer: No, it is not clear how this rumor came to be but Henin will not be featured in the game.

it could be, kinda of what we had with Project Gotham 4 for example, you could watch, in live, other members races.

yep. VT3 has that. You can access all matches in progress and be "the crowd".

They should also let us use the mics in mid points this way we can scream out random crap!

I don't understand the lag for the doubles. I mean Virtua Tennis has managed 4 console doubles and from when I used to play it, I experienced little lag

Also by unforced do you mean mistimed shots missing or when the game decides you need to miss.

2K Sports has promised to show more of the game's features, such as PlayStation Move support and the game's career mode, in February.

Found this, which is basically 99% the same video footage as the rest. But towards the last third of the video there is some new Agassi-footage. Agassi on crystal meth actually. Because he looks...intense.

Some new info, a total of 42 venues, 7 licensed.

Edit: I did a count and in TS3 there is 41 venues. So that would mean that the o2 arena in London is the only new one. Unless they didn't replace some courts.

The licenced ones in TS3 are rod laver arena, arthur ashe stadium, roland garros, sony ericcson open (miami), bercy (paris masters), indian wells, westside drive (us clay court champs), and i think thats all.

Im guessing the 7 in TS4 are the same yet the O2 arena replaces westside drive.
