TS3 most successful run Xbox and PS3

Postby djarvik » Sun, 12 Dec 2010 16:57

I thought it would be Fun to see who has the best winning streak in TS3.
I had this (below) from PS3 tour + Norberto. No one even came close to us 2 on PS3. But On Xbox, there must be someone with similar or better number. Norberto is only one I found.

Who else has a long winning streak you think?

TOMO - TOMO started his career rather slow, Likos won him and Andy won him early on....then he went on to dominate EVERYONE.
- August-8-2009 thru November-1-2009 - 38 match winning streak broken by Coke.
- 7 titles in total: 3 Futures, 4 Pro.

djarvik - started winning streak from first match, dispatching number 2 and 3 ranked players in first tournament and Number 1 ranked Pogagna in second tournament.
- January-9-2009 thru May-3-2009 - 35 match winning streak broken by Pocho.
- 6 titles in total: 1 challenger, 5 Pro.

Norberto - started a winning streak by defeating ILuvBillVal, early in 2010, the most dominating time for him. He had a few good runs, but this one is the best.
- March-8-2010 thru May-25-2010 - 33 match winning streak broken by Amazing Zizou.
- 7 Pro titles.

Is this combined formats, or whichever format has the longest streak?
Norberto H or bust.

Well, it's MS format. But it also happends to be the one with longest streaks here. In WS I am sure Anteros has one that beats all of the above.

This must be a mistake coz last time i've beaten Norberto was in February 1954.

For me two

and when you think beside that WO and his defeat against coolhand in the roland Garros final, he continued his streack until October and 17 other victories ....

the longest I had in ws was 13 matches. that included 3 titles and was ended by a no match. It started with the US open

Anteros had several ws runs. longest was 26 matches including 6 titles in a row, in 2009

Ziz and GOA, I disagree. First, because WO is a loss. He had a chance to play - but didn't. Second, Ziz could have beaten him there....he is a top 10 player with a game that could definitely defeat Norberto.

It is a winning streak record.....and WO is a loss. So streak breaks at that point. Yes, it could have been longer - but it simply isn't.

Nice one for Anteros there at 26.

Anyone looked at Pica's reign? I tried Bagdad but couldn't find a really long one for him. He just seemed to win the important stuff a lot....but not in a raw.

Pica had a 24 match win streak with 4 tournies

snowflake had a 30 match win streak with 5 tournies (would have been 40 if had not lost to swifty 7-6 in the 5th set of olympics)

kinda off-topic, but I remember the #1 player in VT3 having literally something like an 800-win streak. It wasn't legit because he would start freezing up the game hardcore with the 'Let 1st service' bug if you started to pull ahead, but it looked really insane to see '850' under 'Win Streak'.

AL,no problem ,i can follow your thoughts and i repect your opinion

i just think when i break me a arm/finger as example, and i can´t play the match than its a loose but no defeat .

mean at end of the day you are right ,in fact the winningstreak ended with the WO ,but undefeated
