haven't checked the link yet, but i think somebody posted it time ago, i guess (without having checked the site hahaha) he talks about Nadal's biceps right? well in my opinion he's an athlete, and his biceps are not huge at all for a man, really, ok he doesn't have belly like Nalbandian and his arms are not like Federer's so what?? what's the big deal??
I have friends (many) with bigger biceps than him and they don't have anything at all.
That being said, for women it's more difficult to get biceps like Serena, Stosur... so they do may have steroids.

In my opinion he's a regular guy, plus if you see him in person, he's quite thin btw, trust me

hey guys you're making me work really hard to defend him hahahaha

I totally agree with the fact that nadal doesn't have steroids, his muscles seems complelitely normal, he IS in fact a real athlete, unlike stosur :( that I like soo much but I have to admitt that I think she has steroids

But what about all the testing they do, how do you get around that

Without talking about how ATP does its best to "handle" this issue...

You know that it's only urine test you're talking about here...

And this is athletes's reaction when they hear of it :

"Urine test only? Hahahahahahahahaha! cool!"

if he needs steroids for that bicep (only left) he has a problem, be serious guys, tennis is not the iron man, it is not necessary doping , simply training hard u can be physically perfect, but u have to work hard and well.

The Drug testing system is so corrupted and flawed.

One person can get suspended for a couple of months even though they had a larger amount of cocaine in their system than somebody who got 3 years suspension from it. It obviously uses favoritism and I think the whole Agassi-meth situation proved it.

I'm pretty sure no one is referencing Nadal's bicep as proof that he's dosing... I would armwrestle him :P
and lose...

I think his incredible stamina is being called into question more than his strength/physique. Skepticism is understandable, given all the new compounds available for 'HIGH ENERGY BOOST!' and '5 HOUR ENERGY!' etc etc...

I seriously though Nadal was on some kind of superman drug 4 or 6 years ago, when he was just starting to be number 2. :)
Maybe it's because I like Nadal's personality, or just gotten to know him better, but I'm pretty sure he's clean.

It is important to note, steroids are not necessarily used to grow muscle mass. Some are used to enhance performance, such as power, endurance/stamina etc....

....so talking about appearance alone is not correct.

BTW - going bald is one of the side effects hahahah

by no mean am I suggesting any of the tennis players take these, but is there remote possibility they do? You bet!

why does nadal look so much more ripped and have bigger muscle tone than when he is not playing a match? it looks like he lost 10-15 pounds from being on the court compared to him holding the trophy smiling in street clothes

i know all that about steroids, his bicep was only an example, i mean that drugs are not necessary in tennis, nadal's stamina is awesome, but is totally normal, 3 hours in tennis are not 3 hours of real game, and how i said is not the iron man.
