I have been running around my BH for 2 years now. I did this against you Xavi as well.
Not an easy shot, but nothing new.
Rob did it first, against Xavi - video is still up.
I wrote a little tuto here, if you want to learn the shot:

Going to have to disagree with you on this one Al, its been a while![]()
I know the shot you are talking about & I have also watched the "you tube" video of Rob ITST and i'm telling you, its not the shot.
In this shot Epox does not have to run around the backhand, he simply stands in position, and like Xavi said, it looks like lag because one second the ball looks like its gone past him a touch and the next he opens up a flat risk inside out forehand.
I can do all the shots, but I can't do that one!
First, we should play this weekend

Read my tuto. He is doing exactly that (unless it is lag as Xavi says). Shot in the video is not inside out and the reason Rob is running over is because it is not coming to mid court. But the execution is exactly how I describe it.

At one point 2 years go, we did a lot of shot testing with Rob and discussed a lot of possibilities. I even thought the the future of the SIM tour will be pre-press free, because of some shots we discovered. Like between the leg volleys, tweener shots, touch slices (the only one I still use) etc.
All these and more are available when you make discussion after you see whats coming. But that never caught on. It was easier to just press and hold bottom and let the AI chose the shot.
But believe me, there is a lot of stuff still in TS3 that we don't see because of pre-pressing.
Like rallies after the Lob:

Anyway, Xavi, I am with you as far as Lag. I stopped playing my last Final against EPOX because I could no longer handle the telephoning or swinging after the ball goes by him

When EPOX is not in "I want another title mode" he is fun to play with as he is very good baseline and is capable of constructing points that are not power dependent.
