So where is Lebron James going???

My moneys on NY with Miami a pretty close second...

Don't know how popular this story is in Europe but its high on the list in the States.

I don´t know too much, i know Lebron played for Cleveland right?, but i can't say where is he going cause the media here doesn`t say too much about it, with the World Cup in his final rounds......
I think must of europeans like the NBA, but in m y case i just follow Lakers, Toronto and Blazers, i guess you know why.
If you ask which team i would like him to go, i´ll say Chicago or NY (traditional teams)

I liked Lebron alot but now im not so sure. Lebron and espn agreed to have a 1 hour special tonight for him to announce which team he has decided to sign with.

Leborn gets the most money if he stills in Cleveland but I think most likely he will go to Miami.

I get how this episode kinda represents the vast influence of money in sports and overall a lack of loyalty.

But its not like Lebron would be the first athlete to pay attention to the bottom line...

Well, the biggest problem is that he's an arrogant ass and likes to be called 'the king'.

He used to be TERRIBLE under pressure at the last few seconds (like when he's given the ball for a last second win or lose shot), but he's gotten better recently.

I don't follow basketball closely enough to know why else he's hated.

in the playoffs last year....he wanted certain players on the court....and the coach said no!!! i have who i think needs to be on the court....and after that he started missing tons of shots turning the ball over and it seemed like it was on purpose....even his teammates did not want him there anymore

Cleveland's owner made the statement on espn that they would win a championship before lebron would. Like the way you are thinking man, but honestly you have no shot for awhile :lol:

actually it was nike who created the name King James. Im not sure why everyone here seems to dislike him besides him having a hour long special for him just to say which team he is going to.

He is taking about a 30 million dollar paycut to play in miami. Most people wouldnt be willing to take a 30 million dollar paycut

but, the local companies will make that up with endorsements....also i read somwhere there is no state tax in florida...so in all reality hes going to make about the same if not more
