To his ISP to be exact.

To get an approximate reading, select on the map the location of your opponent and you will get and idea of Latency/Ping between you.

For example: My ping to Madrid is 143.

ok, my ping to NY is 120 ms, to Paris 74ms, to London 151 ms, to San Francisco 214, to Adelaide 370 , to Argentina 307 ms , and to Xiamen (China) 416ms   hahahaha

Also my NAT Type used to be 2, now it is 1.

Is this enough speed to play TS3 online?

And is the change in NAT Type make any difference?

hmm ur gonna be laggin :( when some one with bad connection plays someone with excellent connection its laggy for them but not for the guy with good connection

Hopefully, I'll get to play with you soon Tonedawg. Some matches have been the same as I remember, but some have been horrible!
