I don't know about property taxes, but WOW, Concepcion, Chile moving 10 FEET in one direction is huge- I've never heard of anything like that. Honestly I would have thought it was crazy if it was 10 inches and not 10 feet.

WOW thats horrible. I mean people had their houses destroyed and still liable for taxes....as they rebuild...if they rebuild. This is whats wrong with the world.
