For me, nothing has changed since the old update.

OK I send you the .dmp

I am curious what it can be.

I never got this game to run normal :-( So never was able to test it out.

Is it not 64 compatible?

I never had any confirmation that it works on Windows 64 bits, had no complaints either. It's hard to tell what is happening.

I got it in install on windows 32 previously but that one crashed on loading.

But this release seems not to work yet. I will try the XP PC

It may not jump to your face, but it seems to me the overall feeling of the gameplay has improved, ball mechanics are better, better sound, better animations...

Animations are def a bit better. Sounds I am not sure for the moment.

One thing I don't like is you can't hit the ball out. Like so many tennis games.

You've been misled. You can't aim out. But you can and will definitely put it out. Just try hitting strong shots when returning first serves for instance.

I wouldn't dare releasing a tennis game where you can't hit the ball out.

Yup that seemed to be the only moment you hit out right. That's not enough.

BTW I love the fact that you hang out here to talk about your game.

That could make a great game with all the geek tennis game experience we have here :-)

That is the clearest moment when it happens, but it can happen all the time. Obviously, it is more risky to hit a strong shot than a normal shot, which is more risky than a slice shot. I made an adjustment recently in ball mechanics that improved ball trajectories a lot, but I admit it impacted the balance on shots tending to stay in rather too often.

My main problem with all the tennis games is that you can't hit the ball too early.

Which should happen . If you wanna go for a winner or closer to the lines and you're too eager you have to be able to hit the ball too early resulting in a ball that goes wide or long. If you know what I mean.

If that isn't in the game it will be a little too arcade in my opinion.

The game looks good and love the forehand backhand thing .But if balls stay in too easy it will become kind of old very soon :-(

That is very much my concern that the ball doesn't stay in too easy, as that is what I don't like in most existing games myself. So you can trust me on that
