If you could slice in real life the way it works in the game, Roger Federer would be your ball boy.

My slices are amazing :P Sometimes :)
Most of the time they are sorta slow, high backspin floater that land pretty deep, but sometimes i get loads of sidespin and slice on it they stay very low and can go pretty short :D

I sorta use them like djokovic when he is on teh defense, run to teh backhand side slice back deep :) I also enjoy the occasional squash shot, they feel soo good when hit right

That would have been a better use for R2(RT) in the game.....they should have made that button as a modifier for side spin slices....and not just add power to slice....

Yeah, so they look like murrays or federers in real life :)

I can do a really short slice serve out wide (from Deuce court). This is slow but has ridiculous curve, lands maybe just over halfway of service box.. If the receiver is standing far back then it usually catches them out  Can usually use it and get away with it a few times in a match!

My serve is pish, i struggle to aim it, i can think in my head a side to go to, but it only goes there roughly. Im onyl starting to apply added spin eg kick serves. I think my serve action gives my serve a natural slice but not too much. I can also flatten out, i only usually do this when i have a few game points or are down break points :)

You honestly see a resemblance of "get out of trouble short risk over powered slice" with Federer slice? :?

Well I think that's quite obvious. Considering Federer's normal skill there is no way he could be able to hit such slices. However they've made them to easy to pull off in ATP. Have you never seen Federer pressing the bottom of his racket when slicing?

Absolutely  I think he needs his racket examined.

But seriously.....FH risk slice short must be the ugliest shot....after Serve C

i can see a resemblance yeah and i'm not talking about a overpowered slice. just a short slice that stays very low

oh....that is cool. I slice a LOT  short and long and deep and mid court...I just don't use R2 with short slice combo....that's the real kicker....but I will do a lot of mid cross risk slices...so yeah, if you talking about a soft short slice that stays low its very much cool by me.

Agreed, the running slice FH on defense almost looks like the squash shot. I use it all the time when i'm getting pushed off the court and running for my life.
