Postby o Sinna o » Wed, 20 Jan 2010 14:40

Hi maybe somebody of Guys tried this Game and can tell anything about it.

I saw this site 2 months ago after I got a email.

Is´it a good game and can you play online?

edit:

I just read there is a online Mode and that you can create your own Players.

Pretty interesting if you ask me.

Is there a full Version out or what is this all about?

I tried it. I did not like it much. There was a controlling issue with the game. The developer fixed it with an update, but I was not interested enough to get the update and try it again.

I may redownload it since you brought it up again and the Top Spin 1 tour is over with now. More time to explore or re-explore. Haha.

It has one of the best ideas ever in a tennis game, imo:

You must choose which side you are hitting with (forehand or backhand). It makes it very natural to run around your weak side, ie, hit forehands from the backhand corner.

Hehe yeah I just tried the Demo today. It has good Ideas but is almost a lil bit to complicated to handle.

But these Ideas could be also interesting for PAM with Top Spin 4. I am sure PAM would do it a lil bit better with the animations and the whole gameplay would be smoother.

BTW the Graphic from Full Ace Tennis is not bad if you ask me. Looks good enough from what I have seen. :)

No be sure I don't. I am just looking for a new Tennisgame. The Problem is the Controlles of this Game are to complicated. I mean it would go if the whole Gameplay would be smoother. The Animations suck a lil bit but the Graphics are for sure good enough.

If this Game would come up with a Gameplay that's really good I would play it all day long. But I think it will not be the Game I am looking for.

Come sing a song with me "but I still haven't found what I am looking for" (hehe)

You know this Song?

All I want is a damn good Tennis Game damnit. Give me one or I am getting angry.

Pete Sampras tennis for Sega Genesis. That's actually the only game I've ever owned where I actually found a cheat code by myself, with no help from a magazine (though I did later see it in EGM).

Hehe that's a lil bit old I guess.

Seriously Guys a new Tennis Game with an outstanding Gameplay would make me happy right now.

Good that I got no other Problems in the moment. (hehe)

i didn't like the aiming too much and the serving, altough the choosing side thing was quite interesting and had a lot of fun while learning it and when creating characters thats the best of the game!!
