Let me throw some more setups for you guys to try, all tested and all are "winnable". Try and let me know which ones you like!

Marat Safin
FH:62
BH:87
SV:77
RT:71
VL:56
PW:79
SP:58
ST:70
Weapons:
Strong serve, Deadly Backhand, Solid Return, Consistent Power.
Weaknesses:
Speed. FH can be attacked. Mediocre net play.
Playing style:
Serve smart, you are looking for serves that will return to your BH side. Study your opponent and serve accordingly. There is no need for constant risk with this setup. If you serve well, you should be in control of the point and speed will not be a factor on your serve. FH will need to be risked from time to time as the pace will be slower from that side, giving more recovery time to opponent. On return games, use 71 return and direct the ball to the weaker side of the opponent. You may need to LT (L2) the next ball as your speed will hurt you if return is not properly executed. You may want to return to opponents stronger side if this will result in the next shot coming to your BH. With great attacking weapons and serve, you should win most if not all your service games. Return games will be tougher to win, but if a server can't place his serve well, you will be in control throughout the whole match!
How to beat:
Serve to his FH almost exclusively. 87BH+71RT will give you a lot of trouble. Make him move with lots of short top spins. Try returning to his FH, deep and strong. Mix in a few short top spin returns to his BH. Try to extend the rally to 3-4 shots, your odds of winning a point are greatly improved the longer the rally is.

Anybody got stats on the Djoker?

FH:68
BH:82
SV:71(-3)68
RT:69(+1)70
VO:58
PW:72
SP:77
ST:63(+2)65

You think this seems awrite? Power like that means he can attack, but his speed means he can defend aswell, like real life. His stamina means that he can only purely defend for so long vs an attacker. His forehand isnt too high, but with the power stat and risk means he can farely boom the ball about the court from that side. His bakchand was the only stat i felt warranted an orange, because it is particlarly consistent. It could also be a real weapon with risk

I added so you can see how my Djoko looks. I think you got this one right. It a great all around setup!

I think you got the Safin pretty much spot on. I would add maybe a bit more stamina and less speed or volley, like +3 and -3 etc

I believe safin has good stamina, he just menatlly loses the plot over longer matches

Ched, he has more power causes he risks it. Risks give you more power. So it seems ok. He has medium paced shots when hitting rallying shots. If there was anyone i'd give pretty high power too would be nadal, cause he gets soo much power on his shots for the spin he generates, even on his standard 'rallying' shots

David Ferrer
FH:72
BH:66
SV:52
RT:75
VL:62
PW:75
SP:78
ST:80
Weapons:
Fast, gets to every ball and does it all match long. Relatively powerful strokes. Consistent strokes. Good returner. Can finish at the net.
Weaknesses:
Serve will be attacked. Can be overwhelmed by big powerful guys. Lacks placement on his strokes.
Playing style:
A perfect setup for a counter puncher. Run down balls and as soon as you are in position, ready and comfortable - attack with risk. You may even skip the attacking part, keep the ball in play long enough and your opponent will miss. Return down the middle of the court, to cut off angles. With this setup, such a return will guarantee you a second shot in the rally. Mix your serve and try using stick serve as well, to change the pace of the ball. With little power on serve and little placement option, you will want to mix the speeds and spins of every serve, you are not looking to score an ace, but rather to confuse opponent just a bit so the return would not immediately put you on defense. Come to net on short balls.
How to beat:
Go thru him. Hard flat down the lines. Attack his serve and make him over think his serving. Take the first punch in the rally.

If you absolutely have to give one, Power or Speed?

Answer me and I will tell you. You are both fast and strong, so it is hard for me to judge, haven't played you enough in SIM.
