i got it. the german name is ""DIE FACKEL" without ""human"". that had confused me .
and human torch is ""DIE MENSCHLICHE FACKEL" you say it absolutly right:

'Die' is pronounced 'Dee'. Not 'die' in English.

Anyways, I like German a lot. It's fun to listen to, I think the 'hardness' of it just depends on where the speaker is from in Germany, I've heard German that sounds very 'soft'.

I've always been a Spidey fan!!!
To me i can't stand that Superman guy...Perfect symbol of loyalty,honesty,blablablablabla,....C'mon!Where are the trumpets,the flags,and the doe (that Bambi animal...correct word?) each time he appears...
Batman is ok but he is too much of a freak to me...
i was a huge fan of the silver surfer too...To save his beloved one (and his people and planet) he became a Galactus' slave (the #1) with tremendous cosmic power and...his silverd surf!!!He rocks!!!
By the way the Human Torch is named Johnny Storm...
