Tournaments not anounced anymore

Anounced on 25/01/2012 vina del mar 250 (ms), montpellier 250 (ms), Zagreb 250 (ms), pattaya 250 (ws) and gdf suez 250 (ws) all 5 started on 30/01/2012 as in atp and wta tour. So i was thinking about signup for zagreb and pattaya but now both disapears and are not anounced anymore. Now are anounced only montpellier 250 (sim) vina del mar (ms) gdf suez 250 (ws) and a challenger (ms and sim). Very limited choice now and i not understand why, so almost all player will play the same 250 tournament where bad ranking player (like me lol) have Almost no chance to gain points even in challenger where they are a few member of top 50 signed up as in great britain challenger. So i wandering myself now, because if i signed up for gdf suez and vina del mar and suddently pattaya and zagreb appears, i couldnt play them. So, what to do?

Ok, thx for the answer, i was confusing when i saw that pattaya and zagreb where not anounced anymore, so maybe we can signup for these two tournament for monday? I understood well?
