I'm glad Mardy Fish just lost -- he was being a whiny little bitch the entire 3rd set.

I don't see Azarenka winning a Slam anytime soon, just like Woz. Women's tournament is completely open to me though I wouldn't mind Kim defending her title.

Also I would bet money on Nole to win it again.

anybody watched the Nico Almagro vs Dimitrov?,..... time difference sucks hahaha, but according to media it was a great match, high quality, when these 2 are on great rallies and plays are guaranteed

Was just reading Eurosport when I just got a little bit of perspective. Djokovic may be playing the best tennis he has ever played and is hoping for his 5th slam title, but Federer is hoping for his 5th Australian Open title.

Kinda scary to think that the AO is Federer's 2nd least won Grand Slam... :P

I know it was said with sampras but I think fed's GS record will stand for a very long time, it will be hard for someone to have that level of dominance and be injury free for such a long time. A lot of people think he won't win another and he may not, but what history is proved is that when a legend is still playing they can never be completely written off, eg sampras 2002, agassi 2005, connors 1991 etc

I have to admit that Murray is playing a good tournament so far and he could have his chances against Djokovic in the final ( haven't checked the draw so don't know if they have to meet in SF though)

Well, based on the days they are playing on, I'm assuming its a Djoko-Murray and Fed-Nadal semi-final draw?

Exactly, finally Djokovic and Federer not on the same half of the draw. I'm hoping for Djokovic vs. Federer final, simply because that's my favourite match-up among the top 4.

And we'd get to see Federer vs Nadal again. Hurrah!

I dunno, there are just a lot of awesome possible match ups with this. I mean for the final, Fed-Djoko, Nadal-Murray or Djoko-Nadal. :3

Roddick retired due to a groin injury? Too much jacking off?

Ok I have made up my mind after Round 2: Sharapova and Nole.

Yeah it was good up until the last set when Dimitrov had to pull the trainer out, kinda ruined the end to the match cause he couldn't move as well, his leg was strapped up from the beginning though, think it just got worse as the match went on, but first 4 sets were played at a really good level... Dimitrov is one player to watch out later in the year I think if he stays injury free, He will keep push up the rankings.

Fed vs 98/98 Karlo could be interesting.
