Now you brought the topic back to live i can post some FIFA2012 shit as well.

Basically, WTF is up with defending in this series. I know the old way of defending was very unrealistic and the new way is very realistic. But it makes the game boring to me. Whenever i play the computer even the crappy teams can keep possession of the ball so easily. It takes me minutes (game minutes that is) to steal a ball. And sometimes the computer player will just keep dribbling the ball forever instead of passing it.

Kudo's to the new ragdoll physics. The players fall over very realistic. In general the animations are incredible. Attacking play is awesome as well. Everything is amazing about this game but i dont think ill ever get used to the defending aspect of the game.

What's super creepy is that you look very much alike one of my friends who plays in the itst fifa club as well!

Why do you say that?We still play a lot of fifa club matches with the guys and I don't think that'd be possible without this thread initially.

What's great with this new defence system is that if you want to be efficient you have to mark space and zones,not the opposition players.Like real football.
So instead of pressing the player with the ball and trying to steal it, try to move your defenders so that you cut all his passes out.
It's not about pressing the new tackle button correctly,all that matters is how your defence is lined up.
