Once More, Yet Another Reg Tour Rule Suggestion

The cheese must stop for it reeks of crusty old cow teats in here! Therefore, I propose we eliminate ALL setups that are, or contain prime numbers. Just look around at this farce tour. It is crawling with prime numbers! Let's end this madness before Raiden comes down and shows Davydenko the true meaning of FATALITY!!!

In short here's my summary of suggested changes:
1.) No more prime numbers, nor character names containing prime i.e. "Optimus Prime" or "Triple Prime Burger."

2.) Ban all coaches whose names contain more than one J because, well, that's just weird! That's right, Jumanji your days are numbered pal!

3.) No players may be created on the second Tuesday following the 2nd new moon of the Equinox.

Please feel free to leave your thoughts and/or suggestions. I know Rob ITST and I are both quite adamant about these changes seeing the light of day.
