No I meant to say that he is not online for days now on Itst so he might not get a chance to read this topic about him so that will be much better so he won't know that this match was publicly discussed

I agree with you tiger somehow, but here in ITST, everyone wants the game to be realistic, like ATP real life tennis. There if you are federer and win with a scoreline that is diminishing to the opponent, everyone will see it because the match will most probably be televised

Here in ITST no one will ever see what you have done with your matches(unless it was recorded, which is a rare occasion). Hence the forum is here for us to communicate with each other, always in proper content, and to also show some of our resuts of our matches.

Nevertheless this was a thread about Ali beating my record and we derailed it as always.

And I didn't chase him.. Like I said he came online the same moment when I was online on psn... That's why I sent him a message to play me... I know I would get a walkover but for that you will have to wait till deadline..

That is different. Chances are all of Federer's matches get televised. They don't single out matches where he humiliates his opponent and just show those, particularly against 'lesser' players. That's the equivalent of them, instead of showing highlights from Federer's match on that day, decide to show a match from ages ago where he dominated a lowly ranked player and the commentators raged on about how quick and easy and superior he was.

I mean, they might show highlights of a match where he beat say Murray handily but that's because they're both top class players. But where there is obviously such a gulf between the two players, what is the point of pointing that out and where is the pride in highlighting that as a top player?

The thread was about the fastest match in ITST, which now belongs to Ali. I don't like getting into conversations that will get on and on and on. Especially if we have different opinions, this will never end, trust me, i ve been on that track before

So to finish this off, this wasn't intended to humiliate my opponent, it was intended for competitive purposes. Next time that i ll do such a thing, it will never involve player names or dates or whatever leads.( i do that before for proof purposes).

Regarding this topic: very unsportsmanlike. Some (imo most) people can get seriously offended by this. This should be banned by ITST. This ain't inspiration - more like taunting.

It definitely would have been better to not mention the opponent by name, or even which tournament/round the match took place. A good idea might have been to wait a few days, and then just post the time of the match.

Now, if this was against a top player, it might have been different too - if Djokovic beats Federer in 45 minutes, you expect everyone to talk about that; but not if he does it to a 1st round opponent.

And exactly how many times you guys want me to say "sorry I shoudnt have posted it".. I already said it twice before and you guys still keep saying the same things... Now who is taunting who? It's just a video game.. It's not like i abused my opponent soo badly that he won't get out of this sad accident for decades only because he lost a match very quickly... It's just a game.. I keep losing the same way many times but we should forget and move on.. Not that we get sad for years and years just because we lost a match terribly and our opponent posted the stats.. I already made it clear that I didnt mean to humiliate.. If likos wouldn't have proposed this fastest match challenge then I would have never created such a topic
