Problem with mighty Fed is that he CANT handle big hitters anymore, he has lost to every single one of them in the last year.... Berdych... Soderling... Tsonga...GULBIS!!! mmmmm legs legs legs legs where are you says fed.....
let me see he beat gulbis in madrid, and after RG beat berdych and beat soderling three staight times not losing a set as for tsonga is simply on fire and fed isnt he record against the hard hitters on tour is great. soderling, 13-1 ,delpo 6-2 blake 8-1 ,verdasco 4-0 gonzo 12-1, berdych 9-3 gulbis 3-1 tsonga is 4-3 , that isnt the record of someone who struggle against guys who hit big
I feel awful to say it but what happened today with Berdych is no longer a surprise result. He is having trouble with big hitters again and again and again...
Djokovic is playing consistant and good but there is no ANY HUGE improvement compared to his previous year, he is the same, he is playing the same tennis, probably hitting harder and playing with more energy which is because of his very high confidence.
what im trying to say is all the credit to him for his great year but he is not showing "out of this world" tennis at all. he is playing the same , slightly better and all his main opponents like Roger, Nadal, and Murray are out of their standards ..so he is winning everything.
Roger played one match like he was used to and he won! that means a lot.
