Tomorrow the tournament will start. There probably won't be a technical solution for the godlike-player-problem till then. So I recommend we voluntarily play with 80 % characters as interim solution.

Believe me: Playing with 100% abilities on grass neither makes sense nor fun.

For all those who still don't have the original player and stadium names - here comes once more a download link.

https://rapidshare.com/#!download|477tl2|2156439920|data.fas|62

(Sorry for not marking it as a link, but whenever I tried the whole post vanished. You have to copy the url in your browser manually.)

And that's what's to do. It's done in less than a minute and pretty simple.

1. Follow link and download data.fas file
2. Go to FA folder [GAMENAME]/DATA
3. Rename the original data.fas file into data_original.fas
4. Copy the downloaded data.fas file into folder [GAMENAME]/DATA
5. Have fun with Federer and Co at the real ATP.

I've done it, but I doubt everyone will read this and modify the database. It should be an automatic and mandatory thing in the game itself, not a thing players will do themselves for their own ''sense of justice''. Because in this way we will just end up being a minority.

There will be a technical solution for sure by the admin/developer. But till then we should try to handle it on our own. For example by talking to the opponent.

I receive an error message from RapidShare that says "Download not available, The following download is not available: http://rapidshare.com/files/2156439920/data.fas 62 KB"

SVS could you check it please? If possible could you upload it to other server (in case it's just me having problems with rapidshare :? ).

EDIT: Ok I finally could download it. Apparently it's a problem with Chrome, tried on Internet Explorer and worked fine. :D

Thank you.

BTW I see no draw has been made yet, or at least I dont have any match scheduled on my Personal Page. Any news about this?

We have 18 out of 32 signups. Its not bad and I can start the tournament now. Or should we wait a few days to cross over 20 ?

I think we should start. The draw is dated for the 11th and waiting any longer might look like the tour is frozen again. 18 players is a very good result for a new beginning anyway.

Perhaps one should mention, that the dates auf each round not mean, that we aren't allowed to start games BEFORE the round officialli starts. As I have seen, one match of the quarterfinal was already played. And there are already some matchups that can be played, even if the R16 Round isn't finished yet.

Wow! Just had an awesome match against Kavelnikov! Even if I lost it in 5 sets, that was awesome! Thanks for that great match!

I tought I had him, but in the third set I lost track and my service got worse. The Game said it was about 4 1/2 hours of play ^^.

This Game is even better online! I am looking forward to the next tournament.

The most amusing and epic match I've ever played in Full Ace (well I haven't played too many online tbh :) ). PForsberg is truly a great player and a big big hitter, he blasts winners like crazy from the baseline and If you give him a slow ball you will be inevitably punished (he had something like 78 winners at the end :o). The second set should've been recorded though, it was by far the most epic set : 4 breaks of serve (one when PForsberg was serving for the set), set points canceled and a thrilling tie-break. I hope I get to play Forsberg again soon (either in tour or friendly matches).
