Just saying, i played dsavbeast few days ago and he's far from beeing a "cheesy" player... Moreover he's a good volley player so i really doubt He used a lot of slice except for attacking the net. 21 points on the net!
Anyway, i think it's quite unsportsmanlike to come here for bashing someone without even trying to talk with him before ;))
Lets say it's a Draw here ;)

Sorry, I don't want to make a big issue of this. Like I said, your game for the most part was fair, just thought the slices were extreme, which may be more of a problem w/ this game. I don't think any pro on tour would use a slice as a passing shot, but on here you can do that and it's perfect thanks to slice being too strong.

And again I apologize for quitting, I just hate this game right now. The lack of UEs, speed not mattering...I really think 2K's ruined it w/ the balancing and the patch. It's just frustrating to try and play a 'SIM' type game and be beaten by unrealistically fast slices and angles, that's all. Maybe I should work and make my slices better, since apparently slice is another 'unsim' way to win in this game.

When you said my slice was too overpowering, slice invasion or poisoned slices isn't part of my skills. No worries. If you want to play another match, I'm game. I'm sorry for my action in that I shouldn't have talked negatively about you.

Didnt you watch federer vs lopez on monday lopez used slice to pass fed a few times and fed passes guys with slice the reason it's not common be cause not everyone has a top notch slice like a lopez, murray, gonzo, or federer and it's and old school tactic notice how three of the people i mentioned turned pro b4 the turn of the century

Played a game with CHEDERER. I won 6-0, 6-2 using a Shot Counter, Semi-Volley King coach and all-rounder player type. CHEDERER used a Diesel Hard Hitter, Volley Shots Artist coach with an all-rounder player type (stats screenshots to come).

I still don't know what this coach is for. First time using it.. I just wanted to keep the shot counter active to try and fend off heavy power hitters. I think the game would have been more even if CHEDERER played more approach shots to utilize his player's coach a bit more.

The new rules do not count for this tournament. This tournament has its own set of rules.

yea....you are right bro, you really handed it to me---i think my 59 on bh is not quite strong enough and it puts me in a real bad position once i get trapped; and you are correct there were several instances where i was hitting some nice approach shots and putting away the volley---i should have definitely utilized that more as i could not hang in the back of the court with you---i am getting a little bit better, but still i feel so naked on the court with no risk shot capabilities and it makes me really construct a point which i am not so good at right now; but, the better player won

Just beat Villaj100 6-3 6-4.

My player was the same as I use in the normal tour, he fit the stats parameters but I still felt with a high serve and power that he was overpowering, but its best not to judge something like that on 1 match. And also at least it is a set up that usually gets overpowered that was overpowering, shows it has taken the power down a notch.

The match was overall more enjoyable than your average ITST match. Sone good rallies, no very long ones(25+) though as we both had weaknesses to exploit.
I had 84 on my serve and unlike in the regular tour I felt that, maybe it was as villa is not a good returner(I honestly have no idea if u are or not) ir maybe players strengths are becoming more effective, which I seriously hope.
I also feel like adding a few more points onto volley as I feel it would be better if I had it.

Overall from this one match my impressions are good, but I will have to play a few more before I get a proper opinion on it

My next oppenent is patko, and if he kept the same style as he played in TS3(big serve and power) it will be great as between a power player and all rounder like villa I will be able to get a good impression of the rules

It was fun, and i managed to keep the scoreline respectable, even though had to save a lot of BPs. I think i lost about 11 points in a row at one point near the start of the match and got quite worried haha. There were some cool rallies though, and yeah no ridiculous ones like 65 shots or something. I didn't do THAT badly at the net either with only 55 volley.
This was my 1st attempt at a all-around player and he isn't bad, quite balanced, but mediocrity is his weakness, my only 'weapon' is a 78 FH.

And yeah my return of serve is my weakness, it was for sure on ts3 and on ts4 its one of many weaknesses haha. I have return serve counter as a perk but i think it might be wasted on me though. I struggle with the movement a bit too, which happens a lot, i get caught by the stutter step so many times in a match i lose loads of points.

I tried to play the same game as you i think, but you had the better weapons to do it, I think a quick player with something like shot counter might be a good combat for yours, or else some SV beast with a massive serve and try and clinch a break or some tiebreaks.

I had my match with SporTec Ironik. We had two disconnections during that match so unfortunately we could not really test the big difference in stamina we had. He played with 92, I played with 49. The match would probably have been a lot harder for me without any disconnections.
That said, it was fun match. I really had to "think", mixing up all possible shots. He got to a lót of volleys, even if I hit them with good or perfect timing. I was happy to see that the 48 in power didn't affect my baseline play too much, as long as I kept on mixing things up there as well.

My player:
FH 62
BH 72
Serve 86
Volley 94
Power 48
Stamina 49
Speed 56
Reflex 83
Volley shots artist, smell of blood

I don't know SporTec's stats by heart anymore. It was a defensive character with high speed and stamina, and reach swing expert.

Yeah, that was a great match, very intense!
Rocketsfall put so much pressure on me going to the net all the time...
I needed a lot of concentration to compete with him...

After the deconnection I lost my concentration and I felt his player was much more efficient and fast... But... Maybe it's just me :P

Anyway Rocketsfall is a tough volley player :P

Here are my stats :

FH 78
BH 68
Serve 57
Volley 42
Power 61
Stamina 92
Speed 84
Reflex 63
Slice invasion, reach swing expert
