That's true, I'm finding 1 player really frustrating but if you play the "right" opponent it can be fun, same as TS3 I suppose. It's still early days the tour hasn't even started yet and people are already jumping ship.

Yeah agreed , whilst i do prefer TS3 cos you can make errors ( esp when u go for a big shot ) if they patch this game to improve the flaws it may improve , but as ive said i just find it really arcadey, and has anyone else notice sometimes the line calls are bad? Especially when someone hits a "big" shot for a winner and sometimes even on serve too

Im just hoping we get dpad controls, it's not so bad on ps3 but on xbox everything drops shot.

Maybe some of us old-timers should dust off our ts3 discs and have a knock about.

TS4 is a funny game, but in my opinion is totally arcade, maybe we were expecting too much.

Bang on point, a lot of us were expecting an enhanced TS3 but we have ended up with a completely different game.

TS4 seems only 3/4s finished! Its like they rushed the game out or something. I'm definitely disappointed.

fair points fedfan, i may not be to keen on the game coz im absolute rubbish at it this is because i just cant use the analog, ive allways used D pad,, i just find that in ts3 u can play the points in professional manner and you had to work your point and when you won a hard point and to make an excellent shot to win it, it was far more satisfying than that of ts4, ts4 just seems lets see who can hit the best crosscourt low shot or whos better at wrong footing there opponent or whos gona be the 1st to get the opponent off there own screen 1st to win the point,,, to me the game is boring,, but who knows it may grow on me especially if the D pad is reinstated

I know where you guys are coming from - ts4 is very different in a lot of ways. However as Cro said the reverse feelings may be shared by many. For me ts3 has had it's day - people were getting bored in the main. I was number 1 SIM but still got bored in the end & ts4 gives me fresh new motivation.
Once the caps come in this should go further in enhancing the enjoyment for more creative players. Also, for me, ITST is what makes topspin, the series would have a much reduced shelf life without it
They call me Baggy...

I too, it already bores me now. You know if I jump online and play randomly Players I still win the most Games so it's not only because I lose all the Time. But I don't have the Will to play this Game six hours per Day to be competitive in the ITST. And even if I just have the Game two weeks now there is not much more to explore.

There are so many Game outthere where you can search for a Challenge that I have a bright Choice.

You know I like it when I know how to control something in a competitive way. But if I see that my Opponent always hits the better Angles even if I have a perfect Timing and if he outplays me even if I know I have the same Skills it bores me.

Even if two Players have the same Skills one of them can play better because he already knows how to do it.

You know I am lil bit schizophrenic anyway and right now I feel like TS4 is programed against me. It feels like other Players can do something what I can't do with my Copy on my Console. I know it sounds crazy, but that's just how I feel. *lol*

A bunch of us pitched in and bribed your friends and local retailers.
We said: if the guy who plays as sickbo/sinna tries to buy ts4, give him this specially programmed copy that makes all his shots super ****. :P

Hehe lol seriously I know it sounds funny but to be serious and what you Guys don't know. I am really a lil bit schizophrenic. I take medications because of it so it's not a simple Joke.

That's just how I feel about this Game. ^^

Strong Medications by the way called Risperidon. Google it and you know what I am talking about. I take 6 milligrams per Day of this Stuff. One Tablet in the morning and one before I go to bed and I was still able over the years to play Counter Strike Source better than 70 % of the CS Community. And CSS is a Game where you have to be so damn focused that I was confused sometimes because of my Concentration over hours. I think it came because of the medication but I have to clear this with my Doctor the next time I see her. 8)
