The best way to force errors is to use deep slices. They can really throw your timing off and at times even when you get a perfect timing off a deep slice the ball can still go out. Once your stamina gets low deep slices can be very lethal. At this point floaters and errors(forced/unforced) will be more common off slices. You can use other shots as well, but sliceing, especially deep slices, seem to force errors the most.
About balls going out, it depends on the playstyles. Serena can force errors just off the sheer power and precision of her shots. So if an offensive baseliner is involved, then yes you'll see errors. Fed can force them too, but not like serena. Rafa/ivanovic not so much.

From the second video ^

One thing that has always really annoyed me about tennis games is how easy the competition is during your first career tournaments. Just because you are playing lower ranked guys doesn't mean that it should be so easy that you can finish a rally in two shots. It's just not realistic at all, and it makes it feel like you can just sleep through the entire first half of the career.

Obviously it's important to get new players into the game easily, but there should be an option that makes the beginning of the career somewhat more challanging/realistic for people that already know how to play. I usually just end up falling asleep while getting through the huge amount of "minor" tournaments that they make you play.

Looks like we'll be able to play full sets in career. See at the end of the second vid when he pauses the game.

In the demo chaining a string of drop shots is way too simple ,i can see many guys on the world tour using that shot over and over again...

The drop shots are way too easy in this game I agree...I've hit some great drop shots on a full sprint. That shouldn't happen, no matter how good your timing is  Like Al said though, it's not too hard to come up with a counter to the drop shot.

I can totally see this game online becoming a drop-shot fest of TS2-like proportions. Oh well it's a minor gripe really...

Virtua Tennis has the best system for drop shots. The command for a drop shot is simple, you just hold Down for 1.5 seconds or something like that, then hit the slice button. If you don't have enough time to charge the 1.5 seconds, you simply can't hit a drop shot. It's elegant and worked great

The coaches shouts in training? Kind of as stupid as commentary would be in the game... :D

I just made Federer shank his backhand badly, it hit his frame and went like 50 feet straight up in the air  Haven't seen that until just now.
