Hm I think we don't have to get worried about these few Slices. 2K isn't dumb and tested the Game.

If you look at the Scenes in this Video you clearly see that the normal strokes can be powerful also and that the Ralleys can have a good realistic Speed. Look at the mighty forehand from Serena or the other Players in the Video. 2K isn't dumb.

Some of you already saw this Clip but it's a good Comparison and a better example how TS4 look if you know how to play it. The Guy in the Agassi vs. Djokovic gametrailer Video wasn't focused at all because he was explaining things while he was playing and talked to much.

So you just want to film your TV Screen with that Camera? Good Idea man. I got a High Definition Sony Cam (Sony HDR-CX5550VE). A really good cam for over 1000 Dollars, but I guess it's not easy to record the TV Screen good.

Or what do you think Guys. Is it good to record Matches directly with a normal Cam? Just Recording the TV Screen with the Cam? I know some Preview Videos of some Games get recorded this way, like the TS4 Video from youtube I posted but I am just asking dumb.

I think there are better mothods to record such a Top Spin Match than with a cam. I heard from TV Cards for the PC and they are not to expensive and under 100 Dollars. Inform your self and look for such one.

Dont know, Djokovic is definitely faster and has a better BH, Fed's serve is definitely better, stamina it comes down to whether its hot or not outside and Djokovics reflexes are pretty good

You forgetting a few things. First and most important one is balance. Second is style.

While playing with Federer, you will need to be more aggressive and end points rather quickly, hence more power and a much better FH. Important to remember, that we have a button now, that will force your player to run over his weakest stroke. Which means that Federer will hit way more FH than BH if you do not place the ball far enough to his BH side. So you will need to control points with Fed and run over the weaker stroke (BH). Federer serve rating is sufficient, why? ....because he probably has a coach assigned in the game that gives him a "Serve Well on important points" boost....and some other attribute bonuses.

With Djokovic, he may have a higher starting point for serve rating, but I think his coach is not giving him a serve boost, rather a speed boost and a few other things.

Coaches are here to fool you now. Rating is not all you have to look at. And if you ask me - that is fantastic!

100 - different coaches, each gives you 4 different assets, 1 (in some cases 2) are XP earning bonuses after matches. 1-2 are Rating boosters. And 1 is a Skill boost.

I am really excited about this game now after seeing these videos. I'm not too worried about the slice right now, but some of them did look slightly overpowered.

One thing I really like seeing in these videos was the movement. It felt a lot smoother and more like movement you would see in a real tennis match. I thought TS3 movement was clunky, though certainly more realistic than previous versions. It looked like a giant step forward though in these videos, both horizontal and vertical movement.

Understanding that this guy was mostly hitting shots to the middle of the court and not going all out on his shots, I always thought the point constructions and shot variety looked great, and another giant step forward from TS3. I guess I can't remember my first impressions from when I saw TS3 videos, but I can almost guarantee they didn't look this good.

I like that the developers were trying to make a tennis match like a "Street Fighter" game, more like a battle then just shotmaking and trigger hitting. It shouldn't be just about the technique but also about the mental aspect, and I thought that went a little unrewarded in TS3. I think if this is successful in TS4 it will make for an addicting game.

The only thing that would make this perfect is 4 console doubles

I soooo disagree with this statement, its not even funny  it should be about technique and TS3 did reward you for being mentally strong - big time!

If you doubted yourself even a bit - your risks are going out or into the net, your serve is not close to lines, your technique suffers, you become slower, you react slower, you are getting aced, you are getting frustrated and start fading REALLY fast.

TS3 to me, is the perfect example of tennis SIM (even with its flaws). To compete on high level, you need to be perfect technically, invest hours into training, be confident on the court and in crucial moment..... Top Spin 3 is the king of these.

Movement was not responsive, I agree...but it was very realistic, just may not be suitable for gaming...too SIM if you will. But then again, LB/RB completely destroyed it.

That said, controls are too complicated for casual pick up and play, lots of bugs.

Yeah, it really sucks how they talk about how playing doubles is great, but then don't really make an option to actually play doubles with 4 human players. Can't call 2 vs 2 on 2 consoles a real option.

Yes, the only reason I didn't win a match for a year was because of my own mental stat  After a year I finally ran into the only player doing even worse on that aspect :D
