Djokovic would have Head explode from Sniper shot

Gulbis would have entry/exit via plane with swedish hookers

Edberg would have a mishit serve that would kill a ball boy

Chuck Norris would have a smash that caused a crater

And so on

HAHA great suggestions guys.

But seriously, if this was implemented, what do you think would be good as 'signature shots'? for sampras, it could be running forehand, slam dunk, or 2nd serve. for nadal it could also be running forehand, hewitt topspin lob, murray backhand down the line, nalbandian backhand cross court, struggling to think of one for fed, maybe forehand down the line.

maybe the grips players use could come into effect? eg sampras's eastern, and fed's semi western.

Federer's would the tweener or something along the lines of backhand flick(half volley) or something?

Tsonga could have Drop Volley, roddick would have his serve, djokovic backhand up the line aswell, agassi's service return, monfils' splits shots(like jankovic), Del Potro's crosscourt forehand, but not sure about James Blake...

Something along those lines :)

YES?

sorry............but no !
that means nothing!!
first you see the cover from TS4 ? yes ?
http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/Product ... _id=84160#
a release in 4 month but no cover yet ?

and click on the PRE-ORDER SHIPS2.1.2011 BUTTON (written in red )
and look what it means !!!
thats just a pre order termin!
this is far away from a fixed termin !!: (just my opinion )

however,i accept your believings in a release date in feb.2011.
with this i will stopp discuss about the release date from TS4

BTW: i hope we can play TS4 soonest as possible-
but at end of the day i hope the game will be released when its to 100%finish .without any big mistakes in bad handling, animations, ball controll, bugs, lag, and other bad stuff what can destroy this game.
so hopefully the creator team have the time to finish a excellent tennisgame, with all idears they got from the "suggestion thread"

so that we have fun over years with this game!!

Last minute news: Gulbis will be in TS4. Not only the normal Gulbis(the one from now), but also Baby Gulbis, Kid Gulbis, Teen Gulbis and because he's so famous and such a big talent in tennis they have imagined an Adult Gulbis and a Legend Gulbis.
Ban Djokovic forever!

GOA, it almost seems like you don't want the game  you so passionately trying to convince us of its delay.

BTW - there is a demo available for some reviewers to test, which means that most of the game is already completed....

here is the link of review that describes the demo:

And in the text he describes Federers clothes and that it's the exact same outfit as he wears in the US open now. That means that they are pretty well updated and could suggest a nearly done game...maybe... :)

"The more the meter builds, the harder and more accurate your shot"
"The depth of this control mechanic was revealed the more I played. As in real tennis, if you hit a hard shot at your opponent, he's going to have less time to respond with a hard shot of his own"
...........i like the idea but in real tennis you're able to respond with a hard shot despite you haven't had time to get ready for the shot, ok you'll miss the shot most of the times but you have the chance at least.

Ok forget what i said

Of course, if you're feeling daring you can always hold the right trigger during one of your shots to go for a risk shot or hold the left trigger to hit an inside out forehand or backhand

They have that Xavi...read on! Its called a risk.

What they trying to say that pre-pressing is gone. No longer can you pre-press and get off a desent reply with no risk element when your opponent hits the ball hard. - GOOD.

Now, the "....and more accurate your shot" is NOT SO GOOD. Means that once again there will be no "Outs" on regular shots. They either go to the middle or closer to the line if you hold the button longer and have time.

it looks great, don't you think Al?, i guess we'll find errors when we get the game and start playing it, but it looks good "on paper"

I have yet to read anything really negative. But, we only had 1 press release and one impression of an IGN reviewer.

At least the reviewer at IGN is a major tennis fan. I mean recognizing clothing from US Open on Federer means he is a fan...and he liked a lot of what he had seen so far.

Very promising!
