Im open to a change in the format to accommodate the popularity of the SIM tour. But id prefer not to add a womens match in the mix. Two reasons for that. The first is an obvious one, i think it should stay a mens event. Secondly, i think we would exclude a few teams because they dont have a womens player (or at least not someone who is competitive).

But as said, im open to new ideas about the part of the SIM matches in the Davis Cup.

Of course not! WS has nothing to do with Davis Cup.

So question is, 3 Sim matches or 3 MS matches.

I think we should look at current "ITST Race Ranked" players. The tour that has more ranked players should get 3 matches.

Basically, I have little time and cannot be the Captain this year. I will however play on the team if the new captain chooses so, but only SIM match.

or you could do a carribean/central American team with LERC and jfcbpp

Im sorry but both Maximo and RV_Cobra can make teams of their own, if everyone just doesnt bother trying to recruit other players who play from their country and pick the easy option by joining team America or europe we will only have 4 or 5 teams
